电极是玻璃微调电容器的重要零件之一(如图1),φ1孔对外园的同心度有较高的要求,对制件合格率影响很大。原采用一般结构的冲孔模冲孔,零件的同心度在0.02~0.05mm之间浮动,无法正常生产。改在车床上用中心钻打孔,同心度能达到要求,但是操作困难,生产效率很低。根据这个零件的特点,我们设计了一付结构独特的冲孔模(如图2)经过生产实践检验,零件的同心度可以控制在0.02mm以内。从抽样计算的结果来看,
