目的研究维生素A酸对酪氨酸酶活性的影响，为应用维生素A酸治疗色素性皮肤病提供实验依据。方法应用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法体外测定酪氨酸酶活性。 结果维甲酸组酪氨酸酶活性较对照组显著增高(P＜0.01)。 结论维甲酸可使酪氨酸酶活性增加。
