研究了固溶温度、保温时间对Mg-5Sn-1Si合金显微组织和硬度的影响,并从理论上分析了固溶处理的作用机制。结果表明:在保温时间一定时,随固溶温度的升高,合金组织先后经过不完全均匀、相对均匀和均匀度下降三种变化;在加热温度一定时,随保温时间的延长,合金组织先后发生不完全固溶、完全固溶与析出、析出相重新聚集三种变化;合金经固溶处理后,其硬度低于相应的铸态合金,时间不变时,随温度升高,合金硬度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,温度不变时,随时间的延长,合金硬度逐渐下降。
The effects of solution temperature and holding time on the microstructure and hardness of Mg-5Sn-1Si alloy were studied. The mechanism of solution treatment was theoretically analyzed. The results show that when the holding time is constant, with the increase of solution temperature, the alloy structure undergoes three kinds of changes: incomplete homogeneity, uniform homogeneity and evenness. When the heating temperature is constant, When the alloy is solution treated, its hardness is lower than that of the corresponding as-cast alloy. When the time is constant, the hardness of the alloy appears as the hardness increases First increase and then reduce the trend, the same temperature, with the extension of time, the alloy hardness gradually decreased.
