我国的股权激励制度自推行以来越来越多地为上市公司所采用,并引起了理论界的广泛关注。本文通过对2008年至今国内外权威期刊上的相关文献进行研究并综述,介绍了因股权激励所产生的管理层行为这一课题的新进展。
Since China’s equity incentive system was introduced, it has been used by listed companies more and more and has aroused widespread concern in theorists. This paper studies and summarizes the related literatures of domestic and foreign authoritative periodicals from 2008 till now, and introduces the new progress of the topic of management behavior arising from equity incentive.
