伴随着西方政治经济潮流进入中国的进程,近代中国的传统商业结构,无论是外部商业运营环境还是内部商业管理模式都逐渐发生了很大的变化。特别是入驻了外国跨国企业,不仅影响着中国传统商业企业,跨国企业自身的发展也面临着抉择。本书基于这一大背景,从本土化的关系网与国际化的管理层级结构的抉择取舍选取了六个较具典型意义的大公司,来剖析其各自的转型与发展的路径及特质,作为中国企业史的代表性研究。本书由这一视角展开的历史研究具有较大的开创意义,但存在某些问题阐释不足的缺点。本文试在作者论述的基础上,介绍《大公司与关系网》这本书的研究脉络与逻辑,进一步阐释关系网与管理层级结构之间的联系。并结合相关的管理学、市场营销学、制度经济学、社会网络理论等来拓展分析视角。
With the trend of western political economy entering China, the traditional commercial structure in modern China has undergone great changes in both the external business operation environment and the internal business management mode. In particular, settled in a foreign multinational corporations, not only affects the traditional Chinese commercial enterprises, multinational corporations also face their own development choices. Based on this background, this book selects six large companies with typical meanings from the choice of localization network and international management structure to analyze their own path and characteristics of transformation and development as Study on the Representative of Chinese Enterprise History. The historical study carried out by this book from this perspective has a great start-up significance, but there are some shortcomings in the interpretation of some problems. Based on the author’s discussion, this article attempts to introduce the research context and logic of “The Big Company and the Relationship Network”, and further explain the connection between the relationship network and the management hierarchy. Combined with the relevant management, marketing, institutional economics, social network theory to expand the analytical perspective.
