目的探讨热应激蛋白(heatshockprotein70,HSP70)作为职业紧张程度客观评价指标的可行性。方法采用一般工作紧张问卷对某市公安局的全体刑警和巡警、某空军机场的全体地勤人员和某钢铁集团公司设计院的全体设计人员325人进行职业紧张调查、血糖、血脂、单胺类神经递质和HSP70抗体测定。结果3种职业人群HSP70抗体总阳性率为48.92%,紧张的临界值为1∶80;3种职业人群以及不同职业人群,均表现为抗体水平随紧张程度增加而增高,HSP70抗体水平与心理卫生呈负相关,与单胺类神经递质水平呈正相关。结论HSP70抗体水平可作为职业紧张程度的直接而客观评价指标,且具有可行性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) as an objective evaluation indicator of occupational stress. Methods Tensions questionnaires were used to survey all the police officers and patrolmen in the Public Security Bureau of a certain city, all the ground crew members in a certain air force airport, and 325 designers in a Design Institute of a steel company. Blood glucose, blood lipids, monoamine neurons Transmitter and HSP70 antibody assays. Results The total positive rate of HSP70 antibody in three occupational groups was 48.92%, and the critical value of stress was 1:80. The three kinds of occupational groups and different occupational groups showed that the antibody level increased with the increase of the degree of stress. The level of HSP70 antibody and mental health Was negatively correlated with monoamine neurotransmitter levels was positively correlated. Conclusion The level of HSP70 antibody can be used as a direct and objective indicator of occupational stress and is feasible.
