目的:探讨拔牙导致上颌窦穿孔的原因、预防措施及治疗方法。方法:2002～2009年间19例拔牙导致上颌窦穿孔病例,均采用保守治疗,观察临床效果。结果:17例通过保守治疗后穿孔一期愈合,治愈率89.5%。2例行上颌窦穿孔修补术及上颌窦根治术治愈。结论:拔牙所致上颌窦穿孔,对无感染病例进行及时正确的保守治疗多数可使穿孔一期愈合。
Objective: To explore the causes of maxillary sinus perforation caused by tooth extraction, preventive measures and treatment. Methods: 19 cases of maxillary sinus perforation caused by tooth extraction from 2002 to 2009 were treated conservatively, and the clinical effect was observed. Results: 17 cases were cured by perforation after conservative treatment, the cure rate was 89.5%. 2 cases of maxillary sinus perforation repair and maxillary sinus radical cure. Conclusion: Maxillary sinus perforation caused by tooth extraction, non-infected cases of timely and correct conservative treatment of the majority of perforation can be a healed.
