本文报道了液晶光阀特性的研究结果。给出了45°扭曲和90°扭曲两种液晶光阀的特性测试曲线,比较了两种光阀的性能。分析讨论了工作电压、交流频率以及读出光的偏振方向对光阀性能的影响。 This paper reports the results of the research on the characteristics of liquid crystal light valves. The curves of characteristic test of two liquid crystal light valves with 45 ° twist and 90 ° twist are given, and the performances of the two kinds of light valves are compared. The effects of operating voltage, AC frequency and the polarization direction of readout light on the performance of the light valve are analyzed and discussed.
