目的比较螺威(TDS)和四聚?杀螺胺(MNSC)的现场杀螺效果。方法选择有钉螺孳生的小型有螺沟渠环境为试区,分别采用浸杀法和喷洒法对TDS和MNSC的杀螺效果进行评价。TDS和MNSC浸杀试验浓度分别为2.5g/m3和2ml/m3,喷洒试验剂量分别为3 g/m2和2 ml/m2;设50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)为对照组,浸杀浓度和喷洒剂量为2 g/m3和2 ml/m2。结果 TDS浸杀24 h钉螺死亡率为90.70%,喷洒7 d死亡率为81.40%,各观察时点杀螺效果差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。喷洒后1 d,TDS组钉螺死亡率低于MNSC组(P<0.01),喷洒3 d后两组死亡率相近(P>0.05)。MNSC浸杀24 h钉螺死亡率为99.17%,喷洒1 d为66.07%;WPN浸杀24 h钉螺死亡率为97.51%,喷洒1 d为71.43%,两者差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 TDS具有良好的杀螺活性和药效稳定性,现场杀螺效果与MNSC相近,但杀螺敏感性低于MNSC。
Objective To compare the live snail killing effects of TDS and MNSC. Methods Small snail ditch with snail breeding was chosen as the test area. The killing effect of TDS and MNSC was evaluated by immersion method and spraying method respectively. The concentrations of TDS and MNSC were 2.5 g / m 3 and 2 ml / m 3, respectively. The spray test doses were 3 g / m 2 and 2 ml / m 2 respectively. The 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder (WPN) Group, dip concentration and spraying dose of 2 g / m3 and 2 ml / m2. Results The death rate of snails was 90.70% at 24 h after TDS immersion, and the mortality rate was 81.40% at 7 d after spraying. There was no significant difference in the killing effect between each observation point (P> 0.05). On day 1 after spraying, the mortality of snails in TDS group was lower than that in MNSC group (P <0.01). After 3 days of spraying, the mortality rates of two groups were similar (P> 0.05). The mortality of Oncomelania snails at the time of MNSC immersion was 99.17% at 24 h after immersion, and 66.07% at 1 d of spraying. The mortality of Oncomelania snails was 97.51% after 24 h of WPN immersion, and 71.43% at 1 d of spraying. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion TDS has good activity and efficacy of kill molluscicides, the effect of kill snail on the spot is similar to MNSC, but the sensitivity of kill snails is lower than that of MNSC.
