目的探讨应用皮质骨螺钉和记忆合金骨卡环加压内固定对儿童长斜形、螺旋形股骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法对43例长斜形、螺旋形儿童股骨干骨折采用切开复位、2~3枚皮质骨螺钉和2个记忆合金骨卡环加压内固定术式治疗。结果43例切口一期愈合,骨折临床愈合、对位对线良好,无畸形愈合。结论皮质骨螺钉加压固定和记忆合金骨卡环固定损伤小、恢复快,可有效治疗儿童股骨长斜形、螺旋形骨折。
Objective To investigate the effect of cortical bone screws and memory alloy bone ring compression internal fixation on long oblique and spiral shaped femoral shaft fractures in children. Methods 43 cases of long oblique, spiral fractures of children with open reduction, 2 ~ 3 cortical bone screws and two memory alloy bone ring compression fixation. Results 43 cases of incision healing, fracture clinical healing, alignment of the line is good, no malunion. Conclusion Cortical screw fixation and memory alloy bone ring fixation injury small, fast recovery, which can effectively treat children with long oblique oblique fracture.
