目的 研究中药清肝饮对大鼠肝纤维化模型胶原纤维 (CF)和网状纤维 (RF)的影响。方法 以四氯化碳建立大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,用免疫组化染色 ,通过图像处理 ,分析 CF和 RF的面积 ,并观察了肝细胞核 /浆比值的变化。结果 与造型对照组比较 ,清肝饮的早期和晚期治疗组 CF和 RF平均面积均减少 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ;早期治疗组的肝细胞核 /浆比明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 清肝饮具有延缓肝纤维化进程 ,减轻肝纤维化程度的作用
Objective To study the effect of Qingganyin on collagen fibrils (CF) and reticular fibers (RF) in rat liver fibrosis model. Methods Rat hepatic fibrosis model was established with carbon tetrachloride. Immunohistochemical staining was used to analyze the area of CF and RF by image processing. The changes of hepatocyte nuclear/plasma ratio were observed. Results Compared with the model control group, the average area of CF and RF in both the early and late treatment groups of Qinggan Decoction was decreased (P 0.05-0.01); the hepatocyte nuclear/plasma ratio was significantly increased in the early treatment group ( P<0. 0 1 ). Conclusion Qinggan Decoction has the effect of delaying the process of liver fibrosis and reducing the degree of hepatic fibrosis
