1996年以来,我院在分配制度上进行了大量的实践和探索。职工工资由原来的职称、职务全额工资制调整为固定工资、效益工资和奖励工资三部分组成的一种弹性工资分配制度。每月对职工的履岗情况进行严格的量化考核,把职工的收入与单位的效益及个人的岗位和实际贡献紧密挂钩。 1.工资的构成及分配。改革的工资制度围绕工资的保障、调节、激励三个职能设置,其内容为三部分:(1)固定工资部分:即进档工资。每月定期发放,体现工资的保障职能。(2)效益工资部分:即津贴、福利补贴、职务补
Since 1996, our institute has carried out a great deal of practice and exploration in the distribution system. The wages of employees were adjusted from the original professional titles and full-time wages to fixed wages, effective wages, and reward salaries. An elastic wage distribution system consists of three parts. Every month, the employee’s performance status is strictly quantified, and the employee’s income is closely linked to the unit’s benefits and personal positions and actual contributions. 1.
