中枢神经系统原发性淋巴瘤（primary central nervous systemlymphoma,PCNSL）是一种原发于脑、脊髓和脑膜罕见的神经系统肿瘤,发生率占颅内肿瘤的1％左右[1]。珠江医院1995年1月至1998年12月经病理确诊5例PCNSL均发生于颅内,占同期颅内肿瘤的1.2％。现报告如下。
Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare neurological tumor originating in the brain, spinal cord and meninges, accounting for about 1% of intracranial tumors [1]. Pearl River Hospital from January 1995 to December 1998 confirmed by pathology in 5 cases of PCNSL occurred in the brain, accounting for 1.2% of intracranial tumors over the same period.
