在对产品进行测量检验时 ,误差总是不可避免的 ,因此经常会发生误收和误废。误收会对产品的质量产生不良影响 ;误废则造成经济损失。合理控制误收和误废 ,对于产品质量的可靠性和制造的经济性是很重要的。通过对损失函数泰勒展开式的分析 ,可知由测量误差所造成的质量或成本损失L(x)是方差σ2 的函数。本文针对田口玄一先生在公式L(x) =kσ2 中求解k值的方法 ,提出了探讨意见 ,并采用损失函数的计算及成本的核算对不同的测量方法进行了优劣比较。
In the measurement of the product test, the error is always inevitable, so often mistakenly received and misuse. Misconception will have a negative impact on the quality of the product; False waste will result in economic loss. Reasonable control of misuse and misuse of the waste, the reliability of product quality and manufacturing economy is very important. By analyzing the Taylor expansion of the loss function, it is known that the mass or cost loss L (x) caused by the measurement error is a function of the variance σ2. In this paper, Mr. Sugi Taguchi in the formula L (x) = kσ2 k value of the method proposed to explore the views, and the use of the loss function of the calculation and cost of different measurement methods were compared pros and cons.
