在日本南九州鹿儿岛县,有一户人家希望不借助任何人工能源,过上和大自然和谐共处的生活。但是在当地炎热潮湿的气候条件下,这个看似简单的愿望实现起来绝非易事。于是这户居民找到了ARAY事务所,请建筑师铃木亚生帮忙设计一幢生态房屋,让他们可以在尝试低碳环保的同时,不降低对生活质量的追求。这户居民选择的街区位于市中心附近,坐落在一片火山灰形成的台地上。考察过建设地点之后,建筑师萌生了一个大胆的想法,何不利用脚下的火山灰质土壤来建造一座″火山灰小屋″呢?火山灰本身具有十分优良的工程特性,在防火、隔热、保温、调节湿度等方面 In Kagoshima Prefecture, South Kyushu, Japan, one family hopes to live a harmonious coexistence with nature without any artificial energy. The neighborhood chosen by this household is located near the city center, on a volcano ash-formed platform. After examining the construction site, the architect gave birth to a bold idea. Why not make use of volcanic ash foot soil to build a “volcano hut”? Volcanic ash itself has very good engineering properties, in the fire, heat insulation, temperature control, humidity etc
