为了建立去滞散的质量标准,试验分别采用显微法和薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中山楂、黄芪、当归、枳壳进行定性鉴别。结果表明:去滞散中山楂、黄芪、当归、枳壳的显微组织特征明显,易于鉴别;供试品在与4味中药材的对照品、对照药材色谱相应的位置上显示出相同颜色的斑点,阴性样品无干扰。说明该鉴别方法简便、可靠,可用于去滞散的质量标准控制。
In order to establish the quality standard for desquamation, the qualitative and differential identification of Hawthorn, Radix Astragali, Angelicae Sinensis and Fructus Aurantii were determined by microscopy and TLC respectively. The results showed that the characteristics of hawthorn, astragalus root, angelica and citrus aurantium were obvious and easy to distinguish. The test products showed the same color with the corresponding reference materials of the four herbs, Spot, negative samples without interference. Indicating that the identification method is simple and reliable, and can be used for delaying quality control.
