利用Aus373/IR36//Balila和Aus373/IR36//秋光2个三交F1群体对秋稻品种Aus373的广亲和性进行了遗传分析,发现这两个群体内不同个体的小穗育性有着明显的分离,呈单峰连续分布。小穗育性的高低与稃尖色之间存在连锁关系。用Aus373/IR36//Balila群体构建第6染色体的RFLP框架图,并对亲和性基因进行了定位。在第6染色体上发现有2个来自Aus373区段对小穗育性有直接贡献,其联合效应可以解释总变异的38.4%。其中位于G200和C基因之间的可能就是Sn5,位于G122和G329之间的可能是另一个亲和性基因。
Genetic analysis of the broad compatibility of the autumn-sown breed Aus373 was carried out using two populations of three crosses: Aus373 / IR36 // Balila and Aus373 / IR36 // Akigu.
