１ 临床资料女性患者，２５岁，患者于外院行剖宫产术，无尿１５ｈ于１９９７年７月３４日转入我院。既往体健。查体：Ｔ３７６℃，Ｂｐ１７／１０５ｋＰａ，神志模糊，颜面浮肿，全身皮肤黄染，前胸散在疼斑，两肺底可闻及水泡音，心界稍向后扩大，ＨＲ１３８次／ｍｉｎ
