针对直线游标永磁电机控制系统存在的非线性饱和及推力脉动大等问题,提出一种基于抗饱和PI控制器及占空比调制的改进式直接推力控制方法.该控制器采用变结构的积分环节,能快速退出饱和区.在分析电压矢量对电磁推力的影响基础上,采用开关频率固定的占空比调制方式.仿真与实验结果表明,所提出的改进式直接推力控制方法能有效减小系统的超调量和推力脉动,提高系统的稳定性和鲁棒性.
Aiming at the problems of nonlinear saturation and large thrust pulsation of control system of linear wiper permanent magnet motor, an improved direct thrust control method based on anti-saturation PI controller and duty cycle modulation is proposed. The controller uses variable structure integral , Can quickly exit the saturation region.On the basis of analyzing the influence of voltage vector on the electromagnetic thrust, the duty cycle modulation with a fixed switching frequency is adopted.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed improved direct thrust control method can effectively reduce System overshoot and thrust pulsation, improve system stability and robustness.
