目的:通过建立的高效液相色谱法对吴茱萸及其炮制品中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素3个指标性成分含量进行测定,并进行对比分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agi Lent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1 m L·min~(-1);检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:吴茱萸炮制品与生品相比较,3个指标性成分含量均下降,其中柠檬苦素含量下降较多。结论:吴茱萸炮制后对吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱含量影响不大,对柠檬苦素含量影响较大。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of three evils of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin in Evodia rutaecarpa and its processed products by HPLC and compare them with each other. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a column of Agi Lent C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (55:45) Wavelength: 225 nm; column temperature: 25 ° C. Results: Compared with raw products, the contents of three index components of Evodia decoction decreased, and the content of limonin decreased more. Conclusion: Evodia officinalis processed to evodiamine, rutaecarpine content little effect on limonin content greater impact.
