锂盐可减少全身化疗的白细胞减少。本文研究锂盐对晚期小细胞癌用联合化疗及放疗的强度,发热,治疗效果及生存率的作用。45名小细胞未分化癌病人,接受诱导治疗,包括2疗程环磷酰胺,阿霉素及长春新碱。继用肺放疗,包括3,000拉德肿瘤剂量,按原发肿瘤、纵隔及二侧锁骨上区分为10份,同样剂量对脑中央平面作预防性照射。有效果者再用上述3药作7个附加疗程以强化。有持续效果者再接受环磷酰胺、罗氮芥、甲基苄肼、氨甲喋呤及长春新碱维持治疗。病人随机分为接受单纯放疗及化疗的对照组,或另外接受碳酸锂的锂组,碳酸锂的用法为每天3次,每次300mg,在化疗使用后24小时开始,每21天诱导
Lithium salts reduce leukopenia in systemic chemotherapy. This article studies the effect of lithium salt on the intensity, fever, therapeutic effect and survival rate of combination chemotherapy and radiotherapy for advanced small cell carcinoma. Forty-five patients with undifferentiated small cell carcinoma received induction therapy including two courses of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and vincristine. Followed by lung radiation therapy, including 3,000 rad tumor dose, according to the primary tumor, mediastinal and bilateral supraclavicular was divided into 10, the same dose of the central plane of the brain for preventive irradiation. Those who had the effect used the above 3 drugs for 7 additional courses to strengthen. Those who had sustained effects were further treated with cyclophosphamide, carmustine, procarbazine, methotrexate, and vincristine. The patients were randomly assigned to a control group receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone, or to a lithium group receiving lithium carbonate separately. Lithium carbonate was used three times a day, 300 mg each time, and started 24 hours after chemotherapy, and every 21 days.
