中国是一个传统的讲究信誉的国度,在经济全球化和经济体制转型的背景下,企业不仅要把信誉当成一种资本来经营,更要把它同中国的综合国力的提高和中华民族的振兴联系起来。因此,基于现代企业的信誉现状,本文试图从信誉的基本概念入手,在传统诚信和现代信誉的双重解读下确立现代企业文化中信誉的地位和功能,从而为思想政治教育在现代企业信誉理念培育中供理论和方法上的借鉴。
