人力资源管理作为高职院校综合管理中的重要组织部分,其地位因高校的不断扩招而日渐冷落,其中暴露的问题也较为突出。人力资源管理理念的落后,管理制度的不完善以及人才激励机制的不合理严重地挫伤了人力资源管理在高校中的地位。本文通过提出树立先进的人力资源管理理念,建立健全人力资源管理制度以及完善人才激励机制等建议,以期为高职院校人力资源管理的发展建言献策。
As an important part of the integrated management of higher vocational colleges, human resources management has been gradually neglected due to the continuous enrollment expansion in colleges and universities. The problems exposed are also prominent. The backwardness of human resources management concept, the imperfection of management system and the irrationality of talent incentive mechanism have seriously dampened the position of human resource management in colleges and universities. In this paper, we put forward suggestions on establishing advanced human resources management concept, establishing and improving human resources management system and perfecting talent incentive mechanism, with a view to offering advice and suggestions for the development of human resources management in higher vocational colleges.
