为了解加纳Densu河流域居民尿道血吸虫病流行情况,作者选择了加纳南方Ga和Akuapem地区的8个村进行尿道血吸虫病流行病学研究。所选试区居民大多为农民,主要种植玉米、木薯和蔬菜,均饮用Densu河及其支流水或塘水。作者自1992年8月至1993年7月对所选的5岁以上目标人群收集尿样1次。尿样采用过滤技术在显微镜下检查埃及血吸虫卵,同时记录每10ml尿样
In order to understand the prevalence of urinary tract schistosomiasis in residents of Densu River in Ghana, the authors selected 8 villages in the Ga and Akuapem areas of southern Ghana for epidemiological studies of urinary tract schistosomiasis. Most of the residents in the test area were farmers, mainly corn, cassava and vegetables, all drinking Densu River and its tributaries or pond water. From August 1992 to July 1993, the authors collected urine samples from selected target groups over the age of 5 for 1 time. Urine samples were examined by microscopic examination of the S. japonicum eggs using a filtration technique while recording every 10 ml of urine
