对低温活性好、抗硫能力强、机械强度高、热稳定性好、使用寿命长的 FBD变换催化剂进行了本征动力学研究。采用等温积分反应器 ,在 3 0 0~ 460°C、0 .8~ 2 .8MPa、空速 70 0 0~ 90 0 0h- 1 的条件下 ,测定了反应器出口气相各组分浓度。建立了幂指数形式的动力学方程 ,获得了反应的活化能及指前因子 ,该模型的计算值与实验值吻合良好
The intrinsic kinetics of the FBD shift catalyst with good activity at low temperature, strong anti-sulfur ability, high mechanical strength, good thermal stability and long service life was studied. The isothermal integral reactor was used to measure the concentration of each component in the gas phase at the exit of the reactor under the conditions of 300 ~ 460 ° C, 0.8 ~ 2.8MPa and airspeed of 70 0 0 ~ 90 0 0h-1. The kinetic equation in the form of power exponent was established and the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor of the reaction were obtained. The calculated values agree well with the experimental values
