介绍X射线荧光光谱测定裂化平衡催化剂上Fe、Ni、Cu、V、Na含量的分析方法。考查了影响测定的各种因素,提出了以新鲜催化剂为载体配制标准样的方法,较好地消除了基体效应的影响,相对标准偏差小于3%,加入回收率90%-110%,获得了比较准确的分析结果。
The analytical method for determining the content of Fe, Ni, Cu, V, Na in the cracking equilibrium catalyst by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is introduced. Various factors influencing the determination were investigated. A method of preparing a standard sample with fresh catalyst was proposed. The effect of matrix effect was well eliminated. The relative standard deviation was less than 3% and the recovery rate was 90% -110% More accurate analysis of the results.
