Whether the foreshocks can be distinguished from the normal activities of small earthquakes is an important part of the earthquake prediction. However, the current research on the foreshocks has not yet made any significant progress. The process of earthquakes is complex and is the result of a combination of factors that are hard to be observed. However, one thing is certain that the earthquake is a process of energy accumulation and release. In fact, the accumulation of energy, the release process exists in nature and even exist in people’s daily lives. Water is constantly absorbing heat at room temperature to boiling, is such a process. After analyzing this process, some enlightenments have been obtained in identifying pre-earthquake.
