为了解无细胞百白破联合疫苗 (DTaP)和全细胞百白破联合疫苗 (DTwP)接种后的血清学免疫效果 ,在东莞市随机选取 3月龄健康婴儿 10 7名 ,分两组分别用DTaP和DTwP做基础免疫 ,在免疫前和免疫后 1个月分别采血 ,用微量凝集试验检测百日咳凝集抗体 ,采用间接血球凝集试验检测白喉抗体。结果表明 :经DTaP基础免疫后 ,百日咳凝集抗体保护率为 95 83% ,≥ 4倍增长率为 10 0 0 0 % ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 1∶783 4 3;白喉抗体的保护率为 10 0 0 0 % ,≥ 4倍增长率为 10 0 0 0 % ,平均白喉抗毒素含量 (DAT)为 0 6 8IU/ml。经DTwP基础免疫后百日咳凝集抗体保护率为 98 0 4 % ,≥ 4倍增长率为 10 0 0 0 % ,GMT为 1∶16 34 93;白喉抗体保护率为 10 0 0 0 % ,≥ 4倍增长率为 10 0 0 0 % ,DAT为 1 2 8IU/ml。DTaP和DTwP两组免疫前各项指标差异均无显著的统计学意义 ,但免疫后两组的百日咳凝集抗体GMT的差异有非常显著的统计学意义 (t =4 6 8,P <0 0 1)。采用DTaP和DTwP作基础免疫均可获得良好的百日咳和白喉的血清学免疫效果。
In order to understand the serological immune effects after DTaP and DTwP inoculation, 107 randomly selected 3-month-old healthy infants were randomly divided into two groups DTaP and DTwP do basic immunization, respectively, before immunization and 1 month after immunization blood were collected, with micro agglutination test for the detection of pertussis agglutination antibody, indirect hemagglutination test diphtheria antibody. The protective rate of pertussis agglutination antibody was 98 0 4% after 4 weeks of immunization with DTwP, the growth rate of ≥ 4 times was 100%, the GMT was 1:16 34 93, the protection rate of diphtheria antibody was 100%, ≥ 4 times The growth rate was 100% and the DAT was 128 IU / ml. There were no significant differences in the indexes of DTaP and DTwP between the two groups before immunization, but the difference of GMT between the two groups after immunization was statistically significant (t = 468, P <0.01 ). Good serological immunity of whooping cough and diphtheria can be obtained by using basic immunization with DTaP and DTwP.
