在电控发动机上设置有很多传感器,以上止点位置传感器为例,模拟其发生故障时发动机性能发生的变化,用数字存储示波器采集其输出信号波形并运用计算机软件进行分析处理。结果表明:用波形分析法诊断上止点位置传感器的故障是可行、有效的;使用示波器对电控发动机进行故障诊断是一种快速、经济、切实可行的方法。
A lot of sensors are installed on the electronically controlled engine. Taking the above dead center position sensor as an example, the change of the engine performance is simulated when it breaks down. The waveform of the output signal is collected by digital storage oscilloscope and analyzed by computer software. The results show that it is feasible and effective to diagnose the top dead center position sensor by the waveform analysis method. It is a fast, economical and practical method to diagnose the electrically controlled engine by using the oscilloscope.
