白古名山出名寺,名寺产名茶。茶与寺与僧都有着深深的不解之缘。我国最早种植茶叶的是西汉时期的吴理真,他在四川蒙顶山上落发修行,亦茶亦佛,禅茶一味。唐代,出自寺院的陆羽,所写的《茶经》记录了茶的历史、种植、加工以及茶具、品茶习俗等,被后人尊称为“茶圣”。而唐末五代时期,河北赵州禅师以“吃茶去”的机锋接引弟子,这些无不体现了中国佛教文化与茶文化是息息相关的。福建省是乌龙茶、红茶、白茶的发源地,同时拥有绿茶、花茶的制作工艺,是我国茶叶生产及出口大省,许多品种驰名中 Famous ancient white temples, famous temple tea. Fujian Province is the birthplace of oolong tea, black tea and white tea. At the same time, it has the production technology of green tea and scented tea.
