中国电视发展速度很快 ,有关部门关注较多的仅是电视台、站、网的硬件建设以及节目、栏目方面的软件建设 ;对制作电视节目的主要人员——电视编导缺乏总体思考及认识。对他们的管理基本停留在以“栏目”为本 ,而非以“人”为本。电视编导与电影导演是性质很不相同的两种职业 ,不能等而待之。应该对电视编导的培养建立起“双学位”体制 ,才能适应知识经济时代电视传播工作的改革和发展的大趋势 The development of Chinese TV is fast.
