目的：评估布地奈德和异丙托溴铵联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法对照组48例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者行常规治疗，观察组48例在常规治疗的基础上，行布地奈德和异丙托溴铵联合吸入治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(72.92%)，两组数据差异明显(﹤0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者行布地奈德和异丙托溴铵联合吸入治疗效果显著；值得采纳应用。“,”Objective Evaluation of budesonide and isopropyl bromide combined inhaled the curative effect of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The control group of 48 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with conventional treatment,observation group 48 cases on the basis of conventional treatment,budesonide and isopropyl bromide with inhalation therapy.Results Observation group total effective rate (95.83%) is significantly higher than the control group (72.92%)two groups of data difference obvious ( ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with budesonide and isopropyl bromide with inhalation therapy effect is obvious;Worth adopted application.
