目的:对比研究两种新氟喹诺酮药物司帕沙星( S P L X) 和洛美沙星( L M L X) 的抗生素后效应。方法:应用 A V A N T A G E 自动微生物分析仪的光密度法测定抗生素后效应。结果: S P L X 和 L M L X 对 G+ 球菌和 G- 杆菌均产生明显的后效应,并随抗菌药物浓度的增大,对受试菌的后效应显著延长,呈现明显的浓度依赖性;经t 检验, S P L X 对金葡菌和大肠杆菌的后效应较 L M L X 长,对绿脓杆菌的后效应较 L M L X 短,两药对粪肠球菌的后效应差异无统计学意义。结论: S P L X 和 L M L X 均可产生明显的后效应,提示设计给药方案时均应考虑抗生素后效应的因素。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the post-antibiotic effects of two new fluoroquinolone drugs, S P L X and L M L X. Methods: The post-antibiotic effect was determined by the optical density method of A V A N T A G E automatic microbiological analyzer. RESULTS: Both S P L X and L M L X had significant post-effects on both G + and G-bacteria, and with the increase of antibacterial concentration, the post-effect of the tested bacteria was significantly prolonged, showing a significant concentration-dependent ; After t test, the post-effect of S P L X on S. aureus and E. coli was longer than L M L X, but the latter effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa was shorter than L M L X. The post-effect difference of two drugs against Enterococcus faecalis No statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: Both SPLX and MLMX can produce significant post-effects, suggesting that post-antibiotic effect should be considered in the design of drug delivery regimens.
