油水分离是工业废水处理过程中的难点。近年来,随着水处理技术和新材料研究的发展,各类新型的油水分离材料层出不穷。本文在总结了各种含油污水的特征和不同油水分离过程的不同需求的基础上,结合目前所开发的油水分离材料包括无机膜材料、聚合物膜材料和改性聚氨酯海绵材料的性能特点,介绍了它们在处理含油废水中的应用的最新研究进展,并对含油废水处理方法发展趋势进行了展望。
Oil-water separation is the difficulty of industrial wastewater treatment process. In recent years, with the development of water treatment technology and new material research, various new types of oil-water separation materials emerge in an endless stream. This paper summarizes the characteristics of various oily wastewater and the different needs of different oil-water separation processes, combined with the current development of oil-water separation materials, including inorganic membrane materials, polymer membrane materials and modified polyurethane sponge material performance characteristics introduced The latest progress of their application in the treatment of oily wastewater is summarized. The development trend of oily wastewater treatment is forecasted.
