目的 探讨胚胎期被动吸烟对学习能力的影响及其机制。方法 采用反映学习记忆功能的水迷宫法测试仔鼠神经行为的改变 ;免疫组化法研究仔鼠脑组织fos(fos IR)阳性表达的水平。结果 胚胎期被动吸烟使大鼠学习记忆能力下降。大脑皮质及海马区内均有较多的fos蛋白阳性细胞。结论 胚胎期被动吸烟对大鼠学习记忆能力有明显影响 ,且这种改变可能与脑组织的c fos表达有关系
Objective To investigate the influence of passive smoking during embryo on learning ability and its mechanism. Methods The neurobehavioral changes of pups were tested by water maze test, which reflects learning and memory function. The expression of fos (fos IR) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Passive smoking during embryo decreased learning and memory in rats. There are more fos protein positive cells in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Conclusions Passive smoking in embryo has a significant effect on learning and memory in rats, and this change may be related to the expression of c fos in brain tissue
