目的探讨急性巨核细胞性白血病 (AMKL)的细胞免疫学诊断和化疗疗效。方法用流式细胞术单克隆抗体直接免疫标记检测白血病细胞表面相关抗原表达 ;短期培养法与直接法 G显带检测染色体组型 ;TA或 HA方案化疗。结果 5例 AMKL 均表现 CD4 2 和CD4 1 的高表达 ,其中 2例伴 CD1 3和 CD33高表达 ;TA方案化疗达完全缓解 1例。结论流式细胞单克隆抗体直接免疫标记白血病细胞表面相关抗原表达可以确定 AMKL的诊断 ;TA或 HA方案辅以强有力支持治疗 AMKL可以获得完全缓解
Objective To investigate the immunological diagnosis and chemotherapy of acute megakaryocyte leukemia (AMKL). Methods Flow cytometry monoclonal antibody direct immunofluorescence detection of leukemia cell surface antigen expression; short-term culture method and direct G-banding detection of genotype; TA or HA regimen chemotherapy. Results High expression of CD4 2 and CD4 1 were found in all 5 cases of AMKL, of which 2 cases were highly expressed with CD13 and CD33, and 1 case was completely relieved by TA regimen. Conclusion Flow cytometry monoclonal antibody can be directly immunostained for the expression of leukemia cell surface antigen to confirm the diagnosis of AMKL; TA or HA regimen with strong supportive treatment of AMKL can achieve complete remission
