目的:观察和评价95°动力髁螺钉治疗股骨反转子间及转子下粉碎性不稳定骨折的疗效.方法:对28例髋部骨折患者(股骨反转子间骨折12例,股骨转子下骨折16例),采用切开复位95°动力髁螺钉内固定治疗.结果:28例患者均得到随访,随访时间12个月至4年,骨折均愈合,无钢板松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症,2例轻度髋内翻.疗效评定,优19例,良7例,优良率92.85％.结论:动力髁螺钉在治疗股骨反转子间和转子下粉碎性不稳定骨折上具有独特的优越性,治疗效果满意.
