为探讨视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales病)的病因及引起增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的细胞来源,对临床确诊为视网膜静脉周围炎,玻璃体出血伴增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变或继发视网膜脱离者28例(30眼),行常规巩膜三切口玻璃体切割,将玻璃体取出物沉淀涂片后行细胞学及免疫组化分析。细胞计数的分布频率为成纤维细胞占首位,其次为淋巴细胞,视网膜色素上皮细胞,神经胶质细胞及巨噬细胞。免疫组化染色证实检出的淋巴细胞中T淋巴细胞占85%。结论视网膜静脉周围炎引起的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变与成纤维细胞及T淋巴细胞密切相关,提示自身免疫反应在发病机理中可能起了一定作用。
To investigate the etiology of retinal vein inflammation (Eales disease) and the cellular origin of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR), we investigated the clinical diagnosis of retinal vein inflammation, vitreous hemorrhage with proliferative vitreoretinopathy or secondary retinal detachment (30 eyes) underwent routine vitrectomy of three incisions of the sclera, and cytology and immunohistochemistry analysis of the pellet taken from the vitreous body were performed. The frequency of cell count was the highest in fibroblasts, followed by lymphocytes, RPE, glial cells and macrophages. Immunohistochemical staining confirmed T lymphocytes detected in 85% of lymphocytes. Conclusion Proliferative vitreoretinopathy caused by retinal vein inflammation is closely related to fibroblasts and T lymphocytes, suggesting that autoimmune reaction may play a role in pathogenesis.
