目的全面了解上海市德国小蠊对4种常用杀虫药剂的抗药性,指导科学、合理使用杀虫剂。方法药膜接触法。结果 德国小蠊野外种群对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、残杀威和敌敌畏均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其抗性系数分别为3.39~16.87、1.41~13.61、0.57~4.39和4.44~4.89,其中CN种群对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性较高。结论上海地区德国小蠊不同种群对4种杀虫剂的敏感度有很大差异,进行化学防治时必须选择合适的杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica to four commonly used insecticides, to guide science and to use pesticides reasonably. Membrane contact method. Results The resistances to deltamethrin, cypermethrin, propoxur and dichlorvos were all different to some extent in the wild population of Blattella germanica, with the resistance coefficients of 3.39 ~ 16.87, 1.41 ~ 13.61, 0.57 ~ 4.39 and 4.44 ~ 4.89, respectively CN populations were more resistant to deltamethrin and cypermethrin. Conclusion The susceptibilities of different populations of Blattella germanica to four kinds of insecticides in Shanghai are quite different. For chemical control, appropriate insecticides must be selected.
