吉林石化乙二醇厂乙二醇装置自2009年5月二氧化碳脱除项目改造后,装置更换使用了更高选择性的催化剂。随着装置物耗大幅下降的同时,蒸汽消耗量有了较大幅度增加,两块蒸汽计量仪表显示装置蒸汽消耗量出现较大偏差,作为占装置综合能耗六成以上比例的蒸汽消耗,其数据准确性直接影响着装置班组成本核算、综合能耗分析以及优化生产。针对该问题,本文从仪表计量方式差异性、装置蒸汽消耗平衡、计量工况差异性等方面进行深入分析,试探性的探讨了蒸汽计量产生偏差的原因。针对产生偏差的原因,提出了改进措施,为装置蒸汽消耗量的更加准确计量提供帮助,同时也为存在类似问题的装置提供借鉴。

Aiming at the reasons of the deviation, some measures for improvement are put forward, which can help to calculate the steam consumption of the plant more accurately, and provide a reference for the devices with similar problems.
