从目前的趋势来看,分析化学工作者越来越倾向于采用离子交换法进行分离和富集。离子交换的实验技巧直接影响离子交换分离的效果。笔者在实际工作中积累了一些经验,现简述如下。一、交换柱的材料交换柱一般用玻璃制成。最简便的方法是用5毫升或10毫升酸滴定管稍作加工,即在柱的上部加工成18×50毫米的广口。这种柱的优点是加工方便且活塞的磨口质量较好,不易发生滴漏现象。交换柱也可用
