根据1995~2012年中国31个省际面板数据,借助门槛面板回归和动态面板GMM的计量方法,本文考察了我国地方政府支出时居民消费的非线性影响。检验结果表明,需要通过加快地方经济增长、增加地方政府支出和调整地方政府支出结构来促进我国居民消费水平。 According to the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1995 to 2012, with the help of threshold panel regression and dynamic panel GMM measurement methods, this paper examines the non-linear impact of household consumption on local government expenditure in China. The test results show that it is necessary to promote the consumption level of residents in our country by speeding up the local economic growth, increasing local government expenditure and adjusting the local government expenditure structure.
