目的:研究杜仲叶中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从杜仲叶中分离鉴定了9个苯丙素类化合物,分别为:咖啡酸(1)、绿原酸甲酯(2)、紫丁香苷(3)、愈创木基丙三醇(4)、5-甲氧基-愈创木基丙三醇(5)、5,9-二甲氧基-愈创木基丙三醇(6)、9-正丁基-愈创木基丙三醇(7)、9-正丁基-异愈创木基丙三醇(8)、8’-甲氧基-橄榄素(9)。结论:其中,化合物5~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of phenylpropanoids in Eucommia leaves. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Nine phenylpropanoids were isolated and identified from Eucommia ulmoides leaves, which were caffeic acid (1), methyl chlorogenic acid (2), syringin (3), guaiacylglycerol 4), 5-methoxy-guaiacylglycerol (5), 5,9-dimethoxy-guaiacylglycerol (6), 9-n-butyl guaiacyl Glycerol (7), 9-n-Butyl-heliocin (8), 8’-Methoxy-Olivin (9). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 5 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
