在海洋深水钻井作业中,深水电磁阀直接控制深水防喷器组的启动,是保证深水钻井作业安全可靠的关键设备。由于深水压力高,要求深水电磁阀具有良好的耐高压和密封性能。采用内嵌式设计方法设计了一种能在3 000 m以下深水高压环境下正常工作的深水电磁阀,并把深水电磁控制阀设计在主控阀内部,不直接与海水接触,解决了抗高压与密封等难题。此外,将深水电磁控制阀的铁心与阀心进行一体设计,提高了阀的响应速度。根据设计方案制作出深水防喷器组电磁阀并进行了初步试验验证,结果表明该电磁阀能够满足使用要求。
In deep ocean drilling operations, the deepwater electromagnetic valve directly controls the start-up of the deepwater BOP stack, which is the key equipment for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of deepwater drilling. Due to the high pressure in deep water, deepwater solenoid valves are required to have good pressure resistance and sealing performance. The embedded design method is used to design a deepwater electromagnetic valve which can work normally under the condition of deep water and high pressure below 3 000 m. The deepwater electromagnetic control valve is designed inside the main control valve and is not in direct contact with the seawater, With the seal and other problems. In addition, the integrated design of the core and valve core of the deepwater electromagnetic control valve improves the response speed of the valve. According to the design scheme, a deepwater BOP solenoid valve was made and a preliminary test was carried out. The results show that the solenoid valve can meet the requirements.
