给出了具有螺旋槽的流体动压轴承的数字仿真结果.模型采用二维深度平均的雷诺方程,在Matlab环境下开发出了有限元分析软件.该程序能够处理诸如开有内部流动循环孔的结构较复杂的流体轴承,并且灵活性好,适用于不同的设计需要,该程序还具有动态划分网格的能力.以一种耦合的轴承结构为例,说明该程序在流体轴承设计中的能力,同时给出了它的各种特性曲线的耦合计算结果
The numerical simulation results of hydrodynamic bearing with spiral groove are given. The model uses two-dimensional depth-averaged Reynolds equation and developed finite element analysis software under the Matlab environment. The program handles fluidly structured fluid bearings such as those with internal circulation holes and is flexible and adaptable to different design needs. The program also has the ability to dynamically divide the mesh. Taking a kind of coupled bearing structure as an example, the capability of the program in fluid bearing design is illustrated, and the coupling calculation results of various characteristic curves of the program are given
