目的巩固创卫成果,强化餐饮单位防鼠设施建设,防止老鼠侵入。方法依据十堰市防“四害”设施建设实施方案,对餐饮单位操作间、库房、包间等防鼠设施、鼠迹进行督查。结果 2011-2013年防鼠合格率分别为82.50%、89.91%、95.10%,合格率逐年提高;大中型酒店防鼠设施较完善、合格率高,小餐馆次之,农家乐较差。结论将餐饮单位四害密度监测、督查作为办理卫生许可证和换证必要条件,有利于强化防鼠设施建设,对控制鼠密度具有重要作用。
Objective To consolidate the achievements of health care and defend the establishment of anti-rat facilities in catering establishments and prevent the invasion of rats. Methods According to the implementation plans of “Four Harms” facilities construction in Shiyan City, the rodent prevention facilities and mouse tracks in the operation rooms, warehouse rooms and private rooms of catering units were supervised. Results The success rates of rodent control in 2011-2013 were 82.50%, 89.91% and 95.10%, respectively. The passing rate increased year by year. The rodent control facilities in large and medium-sized hotels were relatively perfect with high pass rate, followed by diners, and poor farmhouse music. Conclusion It is helpful to monitor and supervise the four pests density in food and beverage companies as a necessary condition for health permits and renewal, which is helpful to strengthen the construction of anti-rat facilities and plays an important role in the control of rat density.
