散打是一种以无氧代谢供能为主的运动,散打运动强度大,耗能多,对身体水分、糖和电解质的补充十分重要。通过对成都体育学院散打队运动员补液情况的问卷调查,研究补充水、糖、电解质的生理效应对散打运动能力的影响和水、糖、电解质的运动前、中、后的补充方法和原则。以期对散打运动员的补液有一个全新的认识,从而为运动员和教练员提供参考,提高运动员的训练水平和竞技能力。
Sanda is an anaerobic metabolism-based exercise, Sanda exercise intensity, energy consumption, the body of water, sugar and electrolyte supplement is very important. Through the questionnaire survey on the rehydration status of Sanda athletes in Chengdu Institute of Physical Education, this paper studied the effects of supplementing physiological effects of water, sugar and electrolytes on the athletic ability of Sanda and the methods and principles of supplementation of water, sugar and electrolytes before, during and after exercise. The aim is to provide a new understanding of the rehydration of Sanda athletes, so as to provide references for athletes and coaches and improve their training ability and athletic ability.
