This article puts forward such problems as establishing the evaluation system of introduction and growth, carrying out career planning and management, carrying out quality promotion training mode, implementing multi-post mobile training mode, strengthening training mode, strengthening accounting staff’s professional ethics and so on. System of specific programs for enterprises to build a scientific and effective accounting personnel training system, the full implementation of accounting training strategy has laid a solid foundation.
