“驮队改革奋斗史”是刊登在2008年第14期《读者》上的一篇讲述企业管理改革小故事,故事中驮队为提高效率进行了十个步骤的改革,最后的结果却是破产重组,以失败告终,耐人寻味。本文在基于管理决策论和非正式组织理论的视角下,结合驮队改革奋斗史的案例具体情况,对案例中主要角色的行为以及驮队改革的主要步骤进行了研究,通过角色分析法探究了驮队在改革中暴露出的问题和弊端,并在相应的理论框架下提出了完善驮队改革的建议和对策。
