目的:检测鼻咽癌组织中核因子-kappa B(NF-κB)/p65、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-3、MMP-9的表达,探讨鼻咽癌组织中NF-κB/p65、MMP-3、MMP-9的表达与临床意义,以及三者之间的相互关系。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测鼻咽癌和正常鼻咽部黏膜的活检标本中NF-κB/p65、MMP-3、MMP-9的表达情况,运用χ2检验和Spearman等级相关检验等方法分析其表达与病理分型等临床资料的关系,以及三者之间的相互关系。结果:NF-κB/p65在鼻咽癌中的表达率为78.0%,MMP-3、MMP-9在鼻咽癌中的表达率都为75.6%,与在正常鼻咽部黏膜中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NF-κB/p65、MMP-3、MMP-9在鼻咽癌中的表达与淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。NF-κB/p65在鼻咽癌中的表达与MMP-3、MMP-9呈正相关,MMP-3和MMP-9之间亦有正相关。结论:NF-κB/p65、MMP-3、MMP-9在鼻咽癌组织中有广泛高表达,并且与淋巴结转移有显著相关性,但和性别、年龄、病理分型、临床分期无明显相关性。NF-κB/p65、MMP-3、MMP-9两两之间均呈正相关,三者在鼻咽癌的致病过程中可能存在协同作用。

Conclusion: The expressions of NF-κB / p65, MMP-3 and MMP-9 are highly expressed in NPC tissues and have significant correlation with lymph node metastasis, but not with gender, age, pathological type and clinical stage Sex. There was a positive correlation between NF-κB / p65, MMP-3 and MMP-9, and there was a synergistic effect among the three in pathogenesis of NPC.
